Pleasant Prairie, WI – Madison represented an institutional owner that acquired 33 acres of commercially zoned land on a major thoroughfare. Madison coordinated the assemblage of additional property and the marketing and sale of the site to retail and commercial users.

Woodridge, IL – Madison represented an institutional owner that acquired a partially developed mixed-use development with partially leased retail and office buildings, as well as land for future hotel, retail and residential development.
