Madison applies its experience and expertise to create value in undeveloped property. We identify and acquire land parcels, which we often finance with our own funds and/or funds of our investors. Properties are then partially or fully developed with individualized strategies and marketed in line with Madison's goal of providing partners/investors with a maximum return.
Our capabilities cover the entire spectrum of activities including acquisition, planning, entitlement, infrastructure and utility construction, development construction, operation, management, financing, and disposition of real property. Every Madison investment property has yielded returns equal to or greater than initially projected, and Madison has never lost a property or had a project foreclosed. No limited partner has ever been required to contribute capital not contemplated at the time of the initial investment.
